This tutorial was written from my own imagination, and any similarities to any other is purely coincidental.  It was written for those with working knowledge PSP.

Remember to save often.

Let's Begin:
All Elements are resized by 75% unless other wised stated.
Open a new canvas 800X600 (this is my favorite canvas size unless I'm working with templates), DPI 72.

Paste FlowerBunch and place in the bottom left corner.

Paste Mushroom2 onto the canvas and resize twice.

Paste MagicalPegasus onto the canvas and resize twice.  Mirror and place behind the other two layers.

Paste Fairy ontot he canvas and resize four times.  Bring her to the top, mirror, and place next to the Mushroom.

Paste FairyMoon onto the canvas and resize three time.  Place just above the pegasus.

Add a new layer and open the color palette  that is included in the kit and  set it as a pattern use any setting you want.  Now use your floodfill tool and fill the new layer with the pattern.  Using the plugin Brigits Chaos Embroidery apply the effect with these settings (from top to bottom) 245, 155, 255, 255, 40.  Apply the mask, merge the mask group.  Add a gradient glow of choice.  i use the fat setting with the width at 7 and picked two different colors from the pattern.  Add an inner bevel of choice.

Add tube of choice.  I'm using Butterfly by Alex Prihodko which can be found at PFD.  Resize as needed.  Add copyright and save as a psp or psd.

Add name and any embelishments you want to the name.  Resize the tag as needed and save as a png.  And you are done.
