Materials:
Scrap Kit

01.  New image 800X600 72 DPI

02.  Paste Element 2 on to the canvas.  Place on the bottom right.  Duplicate it, rotate the duplicate 90 degrees to the right.  Place to the right of the original one.

03.  Paste Element 13 on to the canvas.  Resize by 75%.  Place on the bottom right.

04.  Paste Element 19 on to the canvas.  Place on the right side.

05.  Paste Element 78 on to the canvas.  Resize by 75% twice.  Mirror it and place on the right side of the fan.

06.  Paste Element 99 on to the canvas.  Resize by 75% twice.  Place behind the top three elements on the right.

07.  Paste Element 104 on to the canvas.  Resize by 75% once.  Place in front of the fan.

08.  Select all add a new layer and paste a paper of choice into selection, I used Pp5.   Apply the mask and merge the mask group.  Send this layer to the bottom.

09.  Paste Element 90 on to the canvas.  Place to your liking.

10.  Paste Element 89 on to the canvas.  Duplicate twice and place to your liking.

11.  Paste tube of choice on to the canvas.  Resize as needed.  Add copyright info.

12.  Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and resize as needed.  Save as a png and you are done.
