Materials:
Scrap Kit-Pink Dreams by Amy Marie.  This kit can be found at www.amymarieskits.com
Instructions:

01.  New Image 800X600 72dpi.

02.  Paste Element 24 on to the canvas.  Resize by 75% once.

03.  Paste Element 79 on to the canvas.  Place on the left side of the frame.

04.  Paste Element 83 on to the canvas.  Place on the righ side of the frame.

05.  Paste Element 86 on to the canvas.  Resize by 75% once.  Place on the right side and behind Element 83.

06.  Paste Element 74 on to the canvas.  Place on the right side.  Mirror it and place it on top of the elements on the right and the other end below the elements on the left (you might need to move the ones on the left up).

07.  Paste Element 66 on to the canvas.  Resize by 75% three times.  Rotate 15 degrees to the left.  Place on the left side.

08.  Paste Element 65 on to the canvas.  Resizes by 50% once.  Place it on the right side and behind Element 74.

09.  Paste Element 53 on to the canvas.  Resize by 50% once.  Place on the bottom right.

10.  Paste Element 42 on to the canvas.  Resize by 50% once.  Rotate 30 degrees to the left.

11.  Paste Element 10 on to the canvas.  Resize by 50% and place on the bottom.

12.  Back on the frame layer take the magic wand and click on the inside.  Paste Pp014 as a new layer, invert the selection and hit delete.  Select none.  Move the paper layer below the frame. 

13.  On the paper layer select all, float, defloat.  Now paste your tube of choice as a new layer (if your tube has a close up use that) resize it a little bit, invert the selection and hit delete, change the blend mode to whatever looks good with the tube you chose.   Paste the main tube on to the canvas and resize as needed take your eraser and delete the bottom of the tube that sticks out on the bottom.  Add copyright.

14.  Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects, crop and resize as needed.  Save as a png and you are done.
