Open up template and check to make sure its at 72DPI.  Duplicate it and close the original.  Delete the copyright and any word art layers.

01.  Circle 1:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp1 into the selection.  Select none.  Repeat for Circle 2.

02.  Lrg Rect:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste pp3 as a new layer. Invert the selection and hit the delete key.  Select none.  Delete or close the original layer.

03.  Square 3:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp9 as a new layer.  Invert the selection and hit the delete key.  Select none.  Delete or close the original layer.  Repeat for Square 4.

04.  Top Strip:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp10 as a new layer.  Invert the selection and hit the delete key.  Select none.  Delete or close the original layer.  Repeat for bottom strip.

05.  Square:  Select alll, float, defloat.  Paste Pp7 into the selection.  Select none.

06.  Frame Layers:  Flood fill all of these with a dark grey from the papers.  For the bow manually change the color.  Flood fill Square 1 and Square 2 with the same dark grey as the frames.

07.  Paste Element 1 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Place on the bottom right of the picture frame.

08.  Paste Element 20 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% three times.  Place on the bottom left.

09.  Paste Element 24 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place on the top left of the picture frame and below the bow in the layer palette.

10.  Paste Element 29 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% once.  Place on the bottom left and below Element 20 in the layer palette.

11.  Paste Element 31 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place on the right side.

12.  Paste Element 40 on to the canvas.  Send it to the bottom.  If  you haven't deleted the background layer yet move the element up one.  Add a drop shadow of choice.

13.  Paste Element 39 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Rotate 15 degrees to the left.

14.  Paste Element 61 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice.  Rotate 15 degrees to the right.

15.  Paste Element 74 on the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Mirror it and place it on the top left.

16.  Paste Element 68 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 65% twice.  Place on the bottom left and behind the other elements.

17.  Paste Tube(s) of choice on to the canvas.  Re size it as needed.  Place to your liking.  Add copyright.

18.  Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and resize if necessary.  Save as a png and you are done.
