I'm using Amy Marie's Peppermint Cutie 2 kit(the green one), for this tut.  You can fine this kit at www.amymarieskits.com
Template-I'm using Unforgettable in Every way by deessigndepot.  It is apart of her old Christmas template bundle and can be found at www.deesigndepot.blogspot.com
Open up template and check to make sure it is at 72DPI.  Duplicate and close the original.  Delete the copyright layer. 

01.  Green Oval:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp5 into the selection.  Select none.

02.  White Oval:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp9 as a new layer.  Invert the selection and hit the delete key.  Select none.  Delete or close the original layer.

03.  Red Circle:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp4 into the selection.  Select none.

04.  White Oval:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp3 into the selection.  Select none.

05.  Green Square:  Select all, float, defloat.  Paste Pp1 into the selection.  Select none.

06.  Clear Bulb:  Using the manual color correction change the color to a green color.

07.  Word art Layers:  Flood fill each with a shade of green of choice.

08.  Paste Element 17 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 50% once.  Place it on the bottom right and behind the word art layers.

09.  Paste Element 6 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% twice. Place it on the top right.

10.  Paste Element 19 on to the canvas.  Re size it twice once by 50% then again by 75%.  Place it on the bottom left.

11.  Paste Element 26 on to the canvas.  Place it on the bottom and behind the word art layers.

12.  Paste Element 27 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 50% once.  Place it on the bottom left.

13.  Paste Element 33 on to the canvas.  Place it on the bottom and behind all the other elements.

14.  Paste Element 47 on to the canvas.  Place it on the left side and behind the other elements.

15.  Paste Element 55 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Rotate it 15 degrees to the right.  Place it on the right side and behind the other elements.

16.  Paste Element 73 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% once.  Place it in the middle.

17.  Paste Element 75 on to the canvas.  Re size it by 75% three times.  Place it on the bottom right.

18.  Paste Tube(s) on to the canvas.  Re size it if necessary.  Place to your liking.  Add copyright.

19.  Add name and save as a pspimage.  Add any effects you would like.  Crop and re size the tag as needed.  Save as a png and you are done.
